Jennifer A. Majewski and Joseph M. Hanna Speak with The Buffalo News Regarding Flexibility and Remote Work

February 8, 2022

Goldberg Segalla’s Jennifer A. Majewski, chief human resources officer, and Joseph M. Hanna, co-chair of the firm’s Sports and Entertainment and Retail and Hospitality groups, spoke with the The Buffalo News about the shift to remote work in light of the pandemic and how this shift continues to benefit employees with flexible options. Due to recent weather conditions, commuting to Goldberg Segalla Buffalo’s office may have proved difficult for some staff. “I think the landscape of the professional world has just shifted entirely,” said Jennifer when discussing the flexible work environment of the firm. “I don’t think we’ll be flipping a switch and going back to our old ways anytime soon.”

Jenn and Joe also recalled how the firm has been historically structured in a way for attorneys to work remotely, but that structure has been extended throughout the firm to include admin and support staff on a national scale.
