Goldberg Segalla is pleased to announce partner Esther F. Omoloyin has been recognized by NJBIZ as a 2025 Leader In Law Award honoree in the Employment: Labor, Litigation, ERISA category.

The award serves to acknowledge those in the legal industry who provide a model of professionalism to their peers and have demonstrated outstanding dedication to their occupations and communities.

As co-chair of Goldberg Segalla’s national Workers’ Compensation practice, Esther has been instrumental in growing the group into a leader in workers’ compensation defense. She is a trusted advisor to numerous national and international employers, including retailers, logistics companies, health care providers, food service, PEOs, and municipalities in matters involving the full range of worksite accident and occupational disease claims.

When she joined the firm in 2013, Esther was tasked with establishing and leading the firm’s New Jersey Workers’ Compensation team, and for the first year, she covered all cases in the state by herself. She is known within the field both as the author of the firm’s New Jersey Workers’ Compensation Manual, a valued resource for both employers and carriers, and for her input in numerous New Jersey-based claims organizations. The New Jersey Law Journal recognized Esther as a New Leader of the Bar in 2021 and a New Jersey Trailblazer in 2019.
