Celebrating Women’s History Month

Celebrating Women's History Month

Women’s History Month is a celebration of women’s contributions to history, culture, and society and has been observed annually in the month of March in the United States since 1987.

This past Women’s History Month, we recognized the many women and voices that make up Team GS across our offices and footprint. Throughout March, we shared three videos that featured Alexandra Ascione (Los Angeles), Julie Apter (Buffalo), Caroline J. Berdzik (Princeton), Christina Gonzales (Philadelphia), Reshma Khanna (Manhattan), Karen Saab-Dominguez (Garden City), and Chimdi Tuffs (Philadelphia).

In the first video, they share experiences they’ve faced throughout their careers, challenges they’ve met in the courtroom, and hopes for the future of women in the legal industry.

In part 2 of the series, they give advice to young women who want to pursue a career in the legal industry and how Goldberg Segalla empowers women.

In the final part of this series, we asked some of our attorneys to share their female inspirations and role models.
