Experience
Aliyah S. Walker dedicates her practice to workers’ compensation law, counseling and defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in a range of workers’ compensation matters. She is engaged throughout the claims process, from inception through resolution. Before joining Goldberg Segalla, she gained courtroom experience as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Patricia M. DeMaio in the Baltimore County Circuit Court, where she gained insight into judicial decision-making and complex legal issues. Alliyah leverages this experience to offer clients nuanced guidance on substantive and procedural law.
