John Allen is an experienced litigator who focuses his practice on defending employers and their insurers in a wide variety of workers’ compensation claims and defending businesses in maritime, personal injury, product liability, commercial, employment, and environmental lawsuits throughout the Midwest. As a business counselor, John advises companies on a variety of matters, including business creation, corporate transactions, employment-related matters, and various operational issues.
