Kalie L. Chumley focuses her practice on workers’ compensation matters, counseling and defending insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators. She manages all aspects of workers’ compensation claims, including evaluating claims, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, preparing petitions and motions, and litigating on the client’s behalf.
