Karla Anzora Gil focuses her practice on workers’ compensation matters, counseling and defending employers, insurers and third-party administrators. She is involved in all stages of the claims process, from initial case evaluation through resolution, including developing case strategy, preparing petitions and motions, conducting depositions, and supporting litigation proceedings. Karla brings a depth of practical experience to her practice after a decade of hands-on work in law firms before becoming an attorney. She has been engaged in various phases of employment litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability accommodation, leave-related claims, and wrongful termination. Her experience includes drafting and preparing administrative charges before the EEOC and the California Civil Rights Department, complaints, mediation briefs, demand letters, and other key litigation materials.
Earlier in her career, Karla supported both employment and immigration law teams, contributing to case development and client service in complex matters. Her long-standing involvement in legal practice – while simultaneously earning her Master of Public Administration and Juris Doctor – reflects a strong work ethic and a sustained commitment to the legal field.
