Kevin J. Bryant, an experienced litigator and trial attorney, focuses on defending clients in complex, high-exposure matters involving construction accidents and New York State Labor Law claims, Dram Shop actions, product liability, professional liability, premises liability, property damage cases, trucking and motor vehicle cases, and federal civil rights claims. His clients include property owners and developers, contractors, trucking and logistics companies, architects and engineers, dentists and pharmacists, and other businesses and professionals.
Kevin’s experience spans trying and mediating numerous cases throughout the counties of New York City and Long Island, all facets of pre-trial litigation, securing favorable resolutions through pre-answer dispositive motions, pursuing and effectuating tenders and hold-harmless agreements, persuading plaintiffs’ counsel to voluntarily discontinue prior to or during the initial stages of discovery, and appellate briefs and oral argument in New York’s First and Second Judicial Departments.
Before entering private practice, Kevin spent three years as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County, New York.
