Madison T. Bohan focuses her practice on counseling and defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. She handles all aspects of the litigation process from beginning to end, including mediations, depositions, appeals, and trials.

During law school, Madison gained experience as a licensed legal intern at the Indian Law/General Practice Clinic at the Gonzaga University School of Law, managing a case load for various state and tribal issues, including family law matters. She also served as an intern for the Gonzaga University Moderate Means Program.
