Experience
Nina Tajalli counsels and defends employers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators in all aspects of the workers’ compensation claims process. She is actively involved throughout the claim – from inception through resolution – including conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, participating in mediations, and drafting petitions and motions. Prior to joining Goldberg Segalla, Nina practiced as a corporate attorney with a focus on privacy and compliance matters, where she translated complex state and federal regulations into clear, actionable policies and procedures, trained executives and staff on privacy and compliance matters, and negotiated data sharing, data transfer and business associate agreements.
