Experience
Paige A. Neville represents employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation litigation throughout Maryland. She handles all aspects of the claims process, from the initial evaluation of a claim through defense preparation, depositions and hearings, as well as drafting and negotiating settlements. Before transitioning to the defense side, Paige gained extensive litigation experience in private practice, representing claimants in workers’ compensation matters and handling a variety of criminal cases. She began developing her litigation and advocacy skills as a special victims prosecutor in Baltimore City, where she handled cases involving child sexual abuse, intimate partner violence, and human trafficking. Paige also represented survivors of abuse in personal injury matters, including claims involving individuals who were abused by persons in positions of authority, including those affiliated with religious institutions.
