Paul D. McCormick is a litigator and trial lawyer with over 25 years of experience defending corporations, insurance companies, and insureds in cases and arbitrations involving motor vehicle accidents, transportation litigation, premises liability, product liability, New York worksite injuries, and complex toxic tort liability. He practices both in courts throughout New York, including the state’s appellate courts, and before arbitration companies, including the American Arbitration Association and Arbitration Forums, Inc.

Paul has successfully defended clients in a variety of areas, including no-fault insurance coverage, UM/UIM/SUM insurance coverage, and no-fault and property damage subrogation claims. He also has handled tractor-trailer loss-transfer arbitration hearings on behalf of both no-fault insurers and workers’ compensation carriers.
Paul has successfully defended clients in cases of motor-vehicle liability, premises liability, construction-site personal-injury accidents, and police misconduct civil-rights litigation.
