She also has experience training claims adjusters in Missouri and Illinois workers’ compensation law and claims handling. Randee has tried and mediated hundreds of cases before the Division of Workers’ Compensation in Missouri and the Industrial Commission in Illinois. She has argued numerous cases before the Missouri and Illinois Appellate Courts. As in-house counsel, Randee also has experience assisting the Subrogation Department in recovery work, working closely with the Special Investigation Unit investigating workers’ compensation fraud, and assisting nurse case managers with medical management issues.
