Thamara Goltermann maintains a focus on workers’ compensation matters, counseling and defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators. She is experienced in various aspects of workers’ compensation matters from referral through closure, including legal assessment, counseling clients, handling depositions and hearings, and preparing cases for trial and appeal.
While attending law school, Thamara gained experience during an internship with a law firm specializing in probate, estate planning, and trust administration. She was also an intern at the Thomas Cooley Debt Relief Clinic, completing pro bono services assisting clients filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy.
