Thomas P. Mastro focuses his practice on workers’ compensation, employment, and civil litigation for a wide variety of clients including large self-insured international employers, third-party administrators, and insurance carriers. Among his diverse client community, he is held in particularly high regard as a trusted counselor and defender of numerous NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL teams and franchises. Thomas handles all aspects of the workers’ compensation litigation process, including drafting and preparing motions, handling depositions, and appearing in court for status conferences, settlement conferences, and trials. Thomas works closely with clients and risk managers to update business strategies and restructure operations to ensure compliance and minimize the risk of workplace injuries.
Thomas is co-founder of Lace It Up for Charity, an organization focused on giving back to the community by raising money for the homeless, underprivileged youth and at-risk youth, and a variety of other charitable causes.
