Goldberg Segalla added Myasia M. Cummings to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Philadelphia.

Myasia maintains a focus on workers’ compensation matters, representing employers, insurers, and third-party administrators throughout Pennsylvania. She is engaged in the claims process from the inception of a file through its resolution, evaluating claims, developing case strategy, analyzing medical records, deposing claimants and physicians, and preparing motions and petitions. Myasia draws upon experience gained as a law clerk in the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group as well as legal internships with Glenmede Wealth Management and the Delaware Law Civil Clinic.

Myasia earned her B.S. from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice and her J.D. from the Widener University Delaware Law School.
