Goldberg Segalla added Carrie E. Davis to the firm’s Management and Professional Liability practice group in Philadelphia.
Carrie represents corporate officers as well as health care practitioners, attorneys, accountants, and other licensed professionals in disputes over alleged errors, negligence, undelivered services, and malpractice claims. She develops matters from inception through trial verdict or settlement, and has experience managing the complex fact patterns, catastrophic injuries, and high financial exposure so often involved in these cases. As a law student, Carrie held internships with the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia, and the Massachusetts Legislature’s Joint Committee on Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure. Before entering private practice, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Allison E. Accurso of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
Carrie earned her B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, and her J.D. from the Boston University School of Law.
