Goldberg Segalla added Daniel Steiner to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Hartford.

Dan counsels and defends insurance carriers, employers, and third-party administrators, handling matters at all stages of the workers’ compensation claim process, including case evaluation, investigation, conferences and trials, medical record analysis, and the preparation of pleadings, motions and briefs. Dan brings experience from representing companies and individuals in a range of business and consumer disputes. He has supported matters through pre-litigation, litigation, and post-litigation phases, including drafting and arguing motions and other filings before the court. Dan’s background also includes assisting with client intake and case evaluation, as well as working on commercial matters such as contracts, employment issues, and business formation.

Dan earned his B.S. from Central Connecticut State University and his J.D. from the Western New England University School of Law.
