In “When Construction Companies Need to Build a New Identity,” Laura talks about how construction companies may want to establish a new identity in order to limit their legal exposure, update their brand identity, or to provide some flexibility for investors and local contracts. She also addresses the caveat to joint ventures, explaining that the parties involved still need to draw up a detailed joint venture agreement as to how liability and other aspects of the relationship will work.
