Goldberg Segalla added Joseph A. Acosta to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Princeton.
Joseph concentrates his practice on the defense and counsel of insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators in complex workers’ compensation matters. He manages every aspect of the claim from inception to resolution, including research and fact investigation, litigation strategy, witness interviews and cross-examinations, and settlement negotiation. Before going into private practice, Joseph served as a law clerk for the New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division, for the Hon. Richard J. Geiger.
Joseph earned his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and his juris doctor from the Rutgers School of Law.
