Joseph A. Acosta
Partner

Joseph A. Acosta concentrates his practice on the defense and counsel of insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators in complex workers’ compensation matters. He manages every aspect of the claim from inception to resolution, including research and fact investigation, litigation strategy, witness interviews and cross-examinations, and settlement negotiation. Before going into private practice, Joseph served as a law clerk for the New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division, for the Hon. Richard J. Geiger.
While attending law school, Joseph gained experience through a number of internships, including representing undocumented immigrants at the Rutgers Immigrant Justice Clinic; researching and drafting legal memoranda for the Office of the Attorney General Department of Law and Public Safety in Trenton; and drafting memoranda on federal civil legal issues for the Hon. Joseph E. Irenas at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey in Camden.
