Goldberg Segalla added associate Morgan T. Kitton to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Garden City. Morgan was previously a law clerk at the firm, and recently was admitted to the New York State Bar.

Morgan focuses her practice on defending insurers, employers, and third-party administrators against workers’ compensation claims. She draws on experience assisting with cases related to personal injury, product liability, and medical malpractice. Morgan received her bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Long Island University, where she was captain of the women’s soccer team. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, and gained experience as an intern in the Veterans’ and Service Members’ Rights Clinic of Touro Law Center, where she assisted clients in securing benefits and applying for discharge upgrades. She was also founder and president of the Real Estate Law Society and secretary of the Business Law Society.
