Goldberg Segalla LLP is pleased to announce Todd M. Jones has joined the law firm as an associate in its Garden City office. Todd is a member of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation and Labor and Employment Practice Groups.

As a workers’ compensation attorney, he handles accidental, occupational, and death claims at all stages of litigation, including trials, depositions of medical experts, and appeals.

Todd has made presentations to local organizations and authored articles for the Young Lawyers Section of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA). He serves as a NYSBA Executive Committee liaison between the Young Lawyers Section and the Torts, Insurance, and Compensation Law Section, and is a member of the Brehon Law Society of Nassau County.

Todd received a B.S. degree from the University of Scranton and his J.D. from Touro Law Center.
