Experience
Brett A. Miller focuses his practice on workers’ compensation matters. A proven litigator with experience handling high-volume caseloads, Brett has handled all aspects of workers’ compensation matters, including controverted cases, drafting memoranda of law, writing appeals and rebuttals, litigating permanency, and negotiation and settlement, where appropriate.
During law school, Brett gained experience as a law clerk for the Hon. Jeremiah J. McCarthy in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York, and in the Office of Assistant Chief Counsel in U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
