Chad P. Thompson focuses his practice on counseling and defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters throughout Illinois. He is involved in every stage of the claims process from inception through resolution, including analyzing files for client exposure and risk issues, conducting depositions, reviewing medical records, negotiating settlement agreements, and presenting arguments before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission.

While attending the Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Chad gained experience working in the Civitas ChildLaw Clinic representing children in need of representation in domestic relations cases. He also served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Thomas J. Kelley in the Circuit Court of Cook County Domestic Relations Division.
