Michael focuses his practice on workers’ compensation matters, counseling and defending insurers, employers, and third-party administrators before the New Jersey State Workers’ Compensation Board. His practice includes all stages of the claims process, from the initial evaluation of a claim through resolution. Michael has defended claims and litigated numerous workers’ compensation trials to successful outcomes for his clients.
Michael earned his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. As a law student, he gained experience through various internships, working on workers’ compensation and labor law matters for two private practice firms and as a judicial intern for the Baltimore Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
