William H. Hython

Experience
William H. Hython concentrates his practice on counseling and defending a variety of clients in complex business and commercial litigation matters. Will draws on a background representing private and public-sector employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, and providing counsel with regard to Open Meetings Law, FOIL, and public engagement for municipalities, public officers, and community benefit organizations. He has litigated in state and local courts across New York, and has assisted in litigation in federal courts as well. Will regularly counsels clients through the preparation of complaints, responses to discovery demands, arbitrations, and settlement agreements.
