Experience
Thomas Schoendorf focuses his practice on personal injury matters, counseling and defending clients in automotive, municipal, and constitutional rights issues. He handles all stages of litigation from inception through conclusion, including discovery, depositions, testimony, settlement negotiations, and trial. In addition to bench trial experience, Tom has selected and empaneled a jury for civil trial and conducted the trial as first chair.
Before joining a private practice firm in 2018, Tom gained experience as a Law Clerk for the Hon. Michael C. Gaus in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division, where helped formulate opinions, developed child support guidelines, mediated landlord-tenant disputes, and interacted with pro se litigants. While in law school, he served in the Chancery Division as a judicial extern for the Hon. John A. Conte.
